If you are using gmail you can easily configure Domain Email with gmail to send or received your websites emails directly into your gmail account. You can do this with easy and short way in this article. First of all create you website email which you want to configure with gmail account.
I’m Using Hostpapa Web Hosting and all web hosting have email settings in cPanel go to your cPanel Dashboard and find email accounts setting
Go to email accounts and select your required email which you want to connect to Gmail account you will see the option Connect devices option click on that.
You will see the mail clients manual setting this setting will be use to configure Domain email with Gmail.
Sign in to your gmail account and click on gear icon and settings option.
Here you will see the Accounts and Import tab in gmail setting.
Now you will see the Check email from other accounts option click on add email account.
Put your Domain Email Address and Click Next.
Import emails from my other account (POP3) select and click next.
Choose your Username and Password input email as user name . Input all details which you previously get from cPanel Email Account setting in Mail Clients Manual Settings and click on Add Account
Your email receiving setting completed successfully and now configure you domain emails sending setting select Yes and Click Next.
Enter your website name to better identify emails if you have multiple websites and click Next.
Fill the detail which you previously get from your cPanel Email Account setting in Mail Clients Manual Settings.
Now here you will verify your domain email that you own this email click send verification button.
Go to your cPanel dashboard and login to your domain email and get verification code and verify your domain email address for email link.
Copy verification code and paste it to verify your domain email address.
You successfully link your domain email with your gmail account now you can send and receive emails from your gmail account. To verify this send email from any email address to your domain email you will receive email in your gmail account.
